MISHRM is proud to be recognized by the Society of Human Resources with an Excel Platinum Award for our work in 2021. This award distinguishes state councils for their commitment to elevating human resources and improving workplaces.

The award is given to state councils and chapters to recognize major accomplishments, strategic activities, and tactical initiatives that elevate the profession of human resources. There are 4 different levels of Excel awards. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level has a prescribed set of requirements and accomplishments that must be met.

MISHRM has been awarded at the highest level and remains committed to supporting the local chapters and inspiring the work of human resources professionals.
